There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two fully equipped bathrooms and one extra wc. Three bedrooms have exit on the balcony. On the last, second floor there is a main bedroom, one fully equipped bathroom. There is also a large roof terrace with panoramic view of the entire bay, and a big BBQ. The Villa also has a big yard with sunchairs and sunbeds near the big pool (heated). Villa Emily is only 20 meters away from the beachfront with crystaly clear water.

Ražanj is part of the lovely Village Rogoznica. You can reach oldtown and habour of Rogoznica by Boat-Taxi from Ražanj within 10 Min. By car its just a 10 Km ride away. At the Habourpromenade you'll find a great choice of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee-Bars. Enjoy the beautiful nature with its own Lavender Labyrinth - a beautiful viewpoint.
Around the labyrinth, there are numerous viewpoints and photo points with surrounding bays. Famous Dragon's Eye Lake is only a stone’s throw away.
