This beautiful, modern and luxury Villa is the perfect family and friends getaway.
Our stylish Villa key features are:
On the main floor (60 m²) there is a big living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also one WC for guests.
Outside you can find on this floor our spacious poolside and yard with Swimmingpool (heated), sunbeds, sunchairs, parasol, hammock, seating area with lounge chairs, coffe tables and a grill for barbecue.
On the first floor are four bedrooms on the first floor, two fully equipped bathrooms (one with shower | one with Bathtub) and one extra wc. Three bedrooms have access to the balcony.
On the last, second floor there is a main bedroom, one fully equipped bathroom. There is also a large roof terrace with panoramic view of the entire bay, and a big BBQ-Area.
For your very own or hired Boat/JetSki - we provide a mooring buoy in the bay right in front of the Villa.
Villa Emily is only 20 meters away from the beachfront with crystal clear water.
Villa Emily is located in Ražanj - a small fisherman village right on the beach.
Ražanj is part of the lovely Village Rogoznica. You can reach oldtown and habour of Rogoznica by Boat-Taxi from Ražanj within 10 Min. By car its just a 10 Km ride away. At the Habourpromenade you'll find a great choice of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee-Bars. Enjoy the beautiful nature with its own Lavender Labyrinth - a beautiful viewpoint. Around the labyrinth, there are numerous viewpoints and photo points with surrounding bays.
Famous Dragon's Eye Lake is only a stone’s throw away.
In Rogoznica you can finde several provider for excursions like Boat-Trips, scuba diving or rental stations for a Boat-/JetSki-Rental.
